Service department is on par with local German dealerships.

The service tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. I took my car in for a 60k service and the tech was very understanding that I had done part of the service myself and even explained all the things that would be done to my car and how much it would cost.

Other Ford dealerships have laughed at me when I asked for a shuttle ride back home or to work, but here they didn't even bat an eye. VERY IMPRESSED.

I even got a hand signed letter in an envelope with a hand written address after the service.

In the past I've had VW's and Audi's and always gone to the dealership near the airport for the amazing service. Dick Masheter's service department is just as friendly and helpful as the above mentioned service departments. Other Ford dealerships in the area have 1000 cars going through the shop a day, but that's MY FORD so I don't like my car getting forgotten or misplaced

I feel that Dick Masheter Ford's service department treats my Ford like it's their Ford. A++
