We feel incredibly lucky to have a spot at the Calhoun Beach Club. It is the only apartment in Minneapolis that I've found that provides a "Manhattan" feel. The amenities, lobby, and staff are incredible and have always been helpful and courteous. Not to mention, the location is second to none. Living here puts you at walking distance to lakes, grocery stores, shopping, and dining. There is a historical and vintage charm here that you won't find anywhere else.
