Order of a picture window on the site 15 days ago, appointment on the site the next day to recover it. Call the morning of the appointment to warn that the site is not up to date and that the bay is neither available nor controllable. We are asked to travel for a refund within 48 hours, but we have 30 min round trip 30 min return ... we are told that a remote refund is possible within 6/7 weeks (a bit limited). We explain that wood will see (the hole in the bay having been made the priority is to find one that day) ... so we do not go to the withdrawal appointment. Since that day, I try every day to get someone to find out if the refund has been registered ... IMPOSSIBLE to have someone online! Auj record broken, 3 times 10 min waiting, I try the carpentry service directly, they tell me to put me on hold but I hang up on my nose! I ve never seen such deplorable service! We're still talking about 499 ...
I strongly recommend any purchase on their site.
