I am not all satisfied with your service. I have exhausted calling your office and informing that each time I make a payment and I would like to request that my receipt be sent to me via e-mail. The e-mail address that is on file for the receipt to be sent is wrong. I have tried to let you know several times but to no avail as no one is listening. Also my name is not ARACELI ACISTA, it is ARACELI ACOSTA. You all cannot even address me properly. I am anxiously looking forward to my contract expiring so that I can change to another company that can accommodate my simple requests. Each month I must go on your web site to get my bill, because not even that is sent to me via email as I have requested.
