Probably the worst service we have seen.
We stayed here 8 years ago when Omni did not own the resort and the service was impeccable. Afternoon tea was the highlight with lots of food options and fantastic service! We came with friends this weekend. Room service alone took 2 hours! The conceirge gets and front desk were not helpful.
Would not come back. Food was very basic and over priced.
