The service was lukewarm and inconsistent. They didn't properly turn down the rooms at night and the customer service was horrible. We weren't greeted when we waited for our uber and noone opened the door for us when we were leaving and there were three employees just talking 3 steps away from us REALLY?? and the vibe was way too relaxed for a supposed high end hotel. I don't normally post bad reviews but this entire experience was not worth the money. I've actually stayed at places that I've paid 100 dollars less and recieved better service. The good was that the view was awesome and the bed was super comfortable. Please speak with the staff about Service.. I tip when I receive good service and I didn't appreciate being treated differently.. (I won't elaborate)
