My father was taken to Knapp a couple of nights ag...

My father was taken to Knapp a couple of nights ago; he was not admitted. The following morning , We took my dad to his family doctor; doctor recommended another nearby medical center. Turns out my dad has pneumonia, and he was admitted. The communication from the nurses of the other hospital is exponentially different than the experience we had at Knapp. What happened to y all? I used to get good service, but it s been a couple of years that I ve been disappointed. Not returning. Thank goodness there s other hospitals we can choose from.
