I recently needed some help paying off my tax balance for 2018. A woman named Lynette, who was very friendly and patient, helped me transfer a payment this morning, as soon as it came into the system to help pay off part of my balance. Then I just called collections to pay off the rest. I am very thankful, happy, and impressed by how Lynette and the other staff handled my needs and treated me as a client. Thank you!!!
