I just noticed that there were google reviews for this place, my comments below reflect my experience during the winter of 2015, haven't been back since:

As a frequent skier at your mountain, when my friend wanted to learn thats where we headed. Anyway, after a great morning of teaching her the basics, we grabbed lunch, as we were headed back out we noticed she'd lost her ticket. Likely in one of the many falls she took while getting her feet.

Your policy of no re-issued tickets for a lost pass is frankly unacceptable. We were not asking for a refund, merely to keep skiing. She had the receipt for the lift ticket, as well as the receipt for the rental gear she rented, it could not have been more apparent that it was an honest loss of a ticket. But it seems the policy of your owners that all guests are trying to cheat you out of a ticket by default.

In addition to that, the attitude of the owner, Tim, is insulting. His response was "go look for it."

At the cost of re-printing a ticket that was already paid for you have now cost yourself both my business and hers (great way to introduce a brand new skier to your resort...). So thats a couple thousand a year just gone.

I've skied all over coast to coast and have never encountered a policy as stupid as this, or an owner as inconsiderate.
