Called for water heater issues @7:30A, dispatcher called back at 8A, and service tech Scott showed up just after 9A. Diagnosed problem (so did I), priced it, and got to it. Even with some unforeseen issues with ancient plumbing, he was done quickly. (Mind you, I was house sitting for a relative, so this service was extra appreciated.) Scott explained everything, was very professional, left things neat and tidy, and most of all, fixed! Thanks so much.
