Review of Burns honda

I grew up with parents who bought only Toyotas and I myself currently drive a Toyota. I married a spouse who came from a Honda family. I have spent time taking his car to Honda dealerships for service the last several years, just as he has spent time taking mine to Toyota dealerships for service. Both car companies are known for making cars that last a very long time and I'd say we are both happy with the cars we drive. But the service experiences I have had at Honda dealerships, Burns Honda in particular, have been exceptional enough to make me consider purchasing a Honda the next time I'm in the market for a new car.

To give the Burns Honda team the specific praise it deserves: each member of their service team is always warm and friendly from the first contact of each visit until we drive the car away. They are always up front about what service is required for the car and I am always given the option to review my choices and decide what I want done. The service is always reasonably priced and if there's a discount to be had, they'll be sure we get to take advantage of it. Their waiting areas are clean and inviting. (Some folks get very excited about the donuts, cookies, and coffee. They are indeed there and I'm sure they're wonderful--I just don't eat that stuff.)

The speed of service is something I am still in awe of: I have rarely waited longer than an hour on the busiest of days and I NEVER make an appointment. I have heard this is because Honda builds a company culture around making their mechanics feel valued and important. Whatever the reason, this truly sets the customer experience apart from other car companies and car dealerships.

Kudos to Burns Honda. You are truly a credit to the Honda brand!
