What is the definition of leadership?
I have my meaning.
Leaders are those who mentor and lift up others. Leaders lift up others by leading by example. One of Unidine Values is give team members more responsibilities and empower them to grow. Another one is We make commitments we can live up to and do what we say we will. I joined Unidine 5 years ago. I joined because of its values that I strongly believe in. To this day I still believe in them and am a ambassador of Unidine. I will continue to live the Unidine Way. Those patches you see on the side of my Jacket are patches I strongly believe in and worked very hard to achieve. They say wear your heart on your sleeve. Well I do. Graduating from Johnson & Wales was a achievement in its self for me being from a neighborhood where Men like me don t make it out. American Culinary Federation a great Culinary organization to be apart of and finally Unidine a Great company to work for.
