Hotel Schiphol, we had booked this hotel with great pleasure. We have done an early check this cost us 15 euros. Once in the room (103) we were really disappointed. Our room was not what we had suggested. The bathroom was downright nasty. Anti-slip stickers were stuck in the bath and these were very dirty. The sink in the bathroom was very dirty. The stopper was broken so my partner went to shave but the water could not drain. The mattress on the window side needs to be replaced. My partner has been in a hole all night. Once this was passed on at the reception, the receptionist assured us that we would be contacted. But of course still no contact after 1 week. So anyway once mailed and obviously nothing was written about our complaints will we again have to explain mvr boodt story this apologize but could give us a free upgrade only if a free breakfast the next time we would book this hotel. Of course it is indicated that we will NEVER come here again. Mrs could not return us money .. Very bad never go here, everything is outdated and needs an upgrade.
