This is a great affordable gym. I happen to walk in to ask some questions and I was given a one-time day pass for free. The staff was courteous and efficient. The gym was very clean and not crowded but maybe because I walked in in the morning time. In the women s locker room they have lockers to put your belongings, you just need to bring a small lock and key for it. They have a really cool 30 minute station with all the machines you need to get a quick workout on but of course they have all they other equipment you see at a name brand gym. I didn t ask about their membership fees because I was only interested in a day pass since I already belong to a CrossFit gym that I love I just needed a back plan for those days I don t make it to my CrossFit class. Overall the experience was pleasant and easy.
