My husband and I love this hotel and wanted to purchase a gift card to give to our pastor and his wife, but unfortunately this hotel is a bit antiquated in emailing gift cards during a postal strike. In the end we purchased a gift card through the Fairmont Hotel because it wasn't hard to do and as easy as getting a concert ticket on line. Maybe someone in management at the Pan pacific could help make this a more pleasing and rewarding experience for those hoping to purchase a gift card for your hotel. :)
