Don't know if their services are like this because of quarantine but worst customer service from the managers. I was initially quoted a certain $ amount and later charged way more than the car (used one)was worth. Their appearance package fee is ridicuolus and certainly not optional even though the detailed tag placed in front of the car says so.... Definitely worth going to another dealer to spend your money.
