James C. came out to my house and quickly repaired my plumbing dilemma. James called me when he was 20 min. out to give me a heads up on his arrival time. Once here he assessed the work that needed to be done, let me know and then did it.
If I need plumbing work done in the future I will call TLC and I would be pleased if it was James that showed up to do the job.
