If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. Not only was my mother s aide VERY INATTENTIVE to her needs, but she was CONSTANTLY on her phone. Neighbors told me they always heard her screaming outside on her phone and always saw her littering. She even left cheese in my mom s car. CHEESE in the door. A complete slob. Her room was a pigsty. She ruined BRAND NEW furniture. We were asked to provide photos and an invoice for a refund but we never saw that. Very dishonest company. DO NOT trust these people with your loved ones.
