Top notch. They are not the old school head hunters. They want to help you resolve issues with medical debt. They answer quicker than the original debtor, and have more resources than my drs office did to help explain to me how we came to the amount due.
I dont like collectors... However this company seems to just want to help and will work with you many layers before credit issues arise.
My representative was outstanding. However my memory is not, as I do not have his name at the moment. He allowed me to select my mothers coffin while patiently awaiting my credit card number. Which they do not save, he had to ask me for it each debt.
Like i said.... Top notch.
