I have worked with numerous dealerships and have NEVER had such a seamless experience where I left happy, comfortable, and excited instead of exhausted, stressed, and filled with regrets. Finding a new car after a total loss is hectic, but the incredible representatives here made the process a breather from start to finish. Nasser and Moayad (Baba) took excellent care of us and made sure there were no surprises or schemes when we showed up to purchase. They did not pressure us but answered our numerous questions and concerns to a T with complete honesty. Milenka is absolutely incredible at her job and definitely knows her stuff. She is a real professional and took great care of us and made the process go by quickly. Overall, a wonderful experience and I am still baffled by all of the positive emotions I experienced as that is never something I have previously associated with a car dealership. Highly recommend this team and cannot give them enough praise. Please give each of these three a raise and promotion!
