While the hotel was beautiful, the rooms nice, and the staff very friendly, I simply could not sleep due to the overwhelming noise. I could hear everything my neighbor was doing (and I do mean everything) and there was constant slamming of doors, what sounded like dragging of large furniture, etc. There was some sort of card game convention going on, which likely contributed, but some sort of improved soundproofing would be a big plus.

EDIT: My coworkers did not have the same experience on their floors. I was on floor 4.
