So my Serpentine Belt on my 2012 Jetta was broken....

So my Serpentine Belt on my 2012 Jetta was broken. I originally bought the car used from Chrysler Jeep. I ended up having to get the car towed and it was sent to VW instead of Chrysler Jeep. I was freaking out. David Granero gave me a call and let me know that he had my keys, I was so relieved. Since the car was already at VW I asked him if I could get the car fixed there. He was very helpful and asked me if I had a warranty on the car. My response Yes... He allowed me to email him all of my information and he got the car repaired in no time. I was so grateful for his help and his kindness, he really saved me from calling another tow truck and bring it literally down the street. When picking up my car he greeted me with a smile, explained everything they had to do to the car clearly and made me understand. I had the best experience with him. I was even happy to see a clean car when I approached I had no expectation for them to wash it as well. Overall I will be going back to LHM VW in Avondale and with luck I will be working with David again.
