This review is long overdue. As my husband and I reflect on all the wonderful things we are thankful for this 2016, it goes without saying that we could not be happier that we bought our first home! However, this would not have been possible (at least not without the headaches) without Matt and his team. When Matt is working with you, you feel as though you are the only client. He provided personalized attention and was very responsive to our needs (even when that meant an email during the middle of the night for a random thought I may have). Matt is extremely pleasant and cheerful, but even more important than those characteristics (and what stands him out above the rest), is how knowledgeable he is! During each of our showings, it was evident that he was better prepared than the selling agents quoting from the market, recent data, value appreciation/depreciation, community, neighborhood .everything! This is definitely an agent you want on your side. Thank you, Matt!
