I recently had a great experience working with Joe Smalzer (Big Joe)! I was referred to him by a friend who had nothing but good things to say. This was my first Mercedes-Benz and Joe was great and really listened to what I was looking for. He never pressured me into getting more car than I wanted, but showed me all the options that were available. Once we'd settled on the car, he also spent a lot to time going over the numbers and getting me a payment that worked for my budget. He's followed up already, making sure I'm happy in my new car and that I know how to work everything in it! He's got a great sense of humor and is fun to work with. I felt like I could take the time I needed and Joe would support me through the process and will continue to make sure I'm completely satisfied. A great experience overall!
