I received the worst, substandard service I have ever receieved, ever, in any automobile or motorcycle dealership I have ever been to; and I have been driving since 1975.
1st and foremost. I had a 52 point appointment scheduled for 1 P.M. on Sunday 10/26. I arrived at 1235 and my bike was taken in right away. I was told the day prior, that it would only take an hour for the service and that the price included an oil change. When I arrived, it was explained that this was not the case but the service manager worked it out with me. I went accross the road to Quaker State and ate lunch and returned at 3:00 P.M. only to see my bike was not ready. After the young lady explained to me the faults of my bike during the inspection, I told her I was ready to go and she stated the oil change had been completed and that she would have my bike taken off the rack. After waiting much longer, I observed through the service glass doors only to see 2 gentlemen, still working on the bike and they finally got it off the rack. Then to my horror I watched them slide an oil pan under the bike and they drained the oil while it sat on the ground. So, the young lady was incorrect, my bike was not ready to go. After adding oil to my bike, and the oil filter did not appear to have been changed it was taken on a test drive and returned to the service department floor. Once I got a first glimpse of the bike, I told the young lady at the counter "so, we do a walk through before my bike goes into the shop looking for scratches and you expect me to receive my bike looking like this?" She asked me what the issue was and I proceeded to show her that the bike was covered with oil smudges all over the motorcycle, oil on the seat and the motorcycle was cleaner when I brought it in. I would expect it to return the way I brought it in. She stated "a wash comes with the the 52 point but you wanted your bike right away." I stated "that is not what you told me earlier", you said it would be extra to wash the bike!" I then proceeded to state that "you really are going to return the bike looking like this?" She went and got the service manager who smuggly returned with a rag and did a shitty job whiping down the bike. He actually scratched the bike more than cleaned it. Honestly, I cannot believe the service I received from your dealership today and I still cant believe the condition your staff rolled out my bike and "expected" me to ride away with. WHAT A JOKE!
