I had such a great experience at Ray Chevrolet. Doug A. Kiscellus did an amazing job in setting everything up from the comfort of my office and home. Not only did they get me into a brand new 2014 cruze. They got my payments where i wanted them. When i arrived there I was welcomed and greeted. I didn't have that feeling of being tackled as soon as I drove in. Doug A. Kiscellus went over all the information with me and was very patience with all the questions i threw at him. He even handled my sarcasm very well. All the staff was very helpful all the way though to the financing dept. Carrie was not pushy about the additions to the car. I was only asked once and explained what they were. I really appreciate that. Also, i left my I-Pass in my trade in and they shipped it out to me at no charge. Not to many places would do that. Last but not least the Tech department was amazing. They recognized i understood technology very well and adjusted to my speed. He is very informative and has the ability to adjust his teaching level to the user. Not to many people have that kind of talent. I would recommend anyone to this dealer and i will be back again when it is time for a new car.

My second car i bought from there was 3 star rated. It was not a pleasant experience.

Third times a charm? This time i was lied to and manipulated. Made a bunch of promises over the phone only to back out of it completely. I am not sure what happened to this dealership but they went downhill fast. I ended up having to leave chevy to get the car i needed. I would not recommend going to this dealership. Also, Chevy themselves do not care about the consumer.
