Sadly first day of Homecare was fine, 2nd and 3rd ...

Sadly first day of Homecare was fine, 2nd and 3rd day no show, no call, agency said they were working on it and now has been no follow up! I was counting on them for my mother who is bed bound while I go to work. Shame on them.
This is not a business you can do that to people.
