I visited this place. They told me if I paid a registration fee I will be given priority for a class for my 1.5 year-old. I paid the registration fee and waited a long time and I didn't get a slot. I got a class in another centre. When I requested for a refund, they said the registration fee is not refundable. This is a first time I come across a centre that asked someone to pay for a registration fee when I am not given a class.
