Food is awesome - taste, portions, and selection
The whole staff is friendly, and always attentive

I gave it 4 starts because their waiting area outside, as hard as they try, is uncomfortable. It can get waaay too hot, and then benches always seem soggy.
Also, it gets hot inside as well. Maybe it's bc they have their doors open to the outdoor section so often.
