Sold a faulty device. Fixed it once for free. The when the issue presented again under normal usage, they refused to do this again or refund the faulty device. The communication is very poor, with emails often containing incorrect information or the company is unresponsive. All timescales were at least 3x the timescales they quote (e.g. initial delivery & repairs). I would strongly advise checking other reviews on this company and not using them at all.
