These people were not only very rude, they are not...

These people were not only very rude, they are not what I call a good vet. When a potential customer calls to try & help their sick baby, & they say "sorry we are booked up" that's also a indication I wouldn't want you as a vet, people like myself think of their pets as family, & you wouldn't do anyone that way. Especially family!! Shame on you!!!
