I used JR for a project at my last home and I cannot say enough good things about working with him and his team. The end result was much more than I could ever have imagined. He stayed on top of the project and made sure I was happy with the end result. I am about to call him for another project on my current home.
WILL NEVER HIRE AGAIN!! Very unprofessional. Hired them to install trees on my property and the trees looked bad to start, and furthermore were not able to install on time due to light rain. I know plenty of landscape companies that will install in light rain. Just an overall bad experience, would suggest looking elsewhere if you need landscaping done!
J R Thomas Landscaping designed and installed landscaping in my front and back yard, around my pool and patio, as well as LED outdoor lighting in the front. They communicated with me throughout the process and answered my questions and concerns quickly. They followed up with advice on watering, fertilizing and trimming the trees and shrubs after they were done with the job to ensure everything was healthy. I couldn't be happier with the experience!
We recently used J R Thomas for our third landscaping project and we once again are thrilled with the results. Had this company out to do my landscaping and will never have them back. Very unprofessional. This company must hire high school students because the job that was done was at that level of professionalism. Tried to call to settle the issue and was given the run around. Mulch was left everywhere, employees kept stepping in the mulch that was done just to water and then made boot prints on my newly poured concrete driveway. Plants that were newly planted had newly laid much all on them. Overall, just a really bad experience. Would not recommend. Groundspro landscaping or even Werbrich's landscaping would be a better option than this childish company.

He listen to my concerns and needs and designed a landscaping plan that is mostly maintenance free which fits my busy life style. I have more landscaping that needs to be done and I will not hesitate to call JR.
