Great service! Our repairman, John, was very friendly, patient, helpful, and thorough in checking what problems we had, explaining what he could do for us, and fixing what needed to be fixed. It was rather expensive, but he helped recommend the Service Partner Program to us to help save some money on the repair and future repairs, as well as providing some other benefits. Thanks, John!
