Visited Sofitel Sentosa for the Ultimate Sunday Brunch at Kwee Zeen. Priced at $175++ (12:30-15:30), it's one of the more expensive champagne brunches in Singapore - but it delivers on the promise of a premium experience. Service staff are attentive, ensuring your glass of Tattinger Brut is never empty for long (if at all). Someone will even come round and expertly deshell your fresh seafood at the table if requested. The variety of food is expansive & includes everything you might expect from a buffet. Seafood, dim sum, carvery & Indian curries feature - but the dessert & cheese sections form the focal point so make sure to save some room. During December you'll even find wrapped gingerbread men dotted around the desserts to take home as a souvenir. Other complimentary touches that enhance a day at Sofitel; a balloon artist, roaming peacocks, fish spa & (if you're brave enough to get in a swimsuit after all that food) access to the pool.
