I'm so disappointed about the service, they are very nice to you up until you buy the car, everything that happen after it's not their problem, I purchased a kia optima and the agreement was they I'll put brand new brakes, three weeks later I start to hear some noise, I took it to another dealership, they told me that the brakes were gonand I should change it as soon as possible.. I called northtown I was told that I should pay extra. Terrible terrible experience. Never again
