I owed about $12. My notification was sent to the wrong address so I ended up being a few months late and owing about $14. So I went to pay in person with a $20, which they refused because they don t have change at the store. Paying online has a convenience fee of $7, bringing the total to $21. This was such an atrocious experience that I m actually bothering to write this. Their is no easy way to see your account information. There are health and security regulations that need to be managed, but not having a site that allows you to view account information, or even how much you owe, even when you re paying online, is egregious.
