I want to let everyone know how amazing Clair and Dee's is. I went in to Point S because my car was shaking really bad when slowing down. I walked in and Paula was the first on to great me. She was such an amazing lady that truly went out of her way to make sure my needs where meet and I was satisfied. She went on a test drive with me so I could show her all it was doing. After my car was looked at she walked me through everything along with keep me updated as it was getting fixed. On my way home my car ran so much better, no shaking. Thank you so much Claire and Dee's and a very special thank you to Paula. You are truly amazing and so helpful at what you do.
