Our stay at the red lion was horrible!

Our stay at the red lion was horrible!
-they charge extra for parking and you can barley find a spot to park unless it s across the street in the overload
-they don t ask how many vehicles you have so we were charged for 2 cause we had 2 rooms, but only 1 vehicle.... poor customer service
-they double charged my credit card for the room, and when I asked someone to phone me back they didn t..... poor front staff
-Someone puked outside our room (which I know they cant control) but they barley cleaned it up.... poor housekeeping
I m not satisfied at all and will NEVER return!
