We attended Norah Jones concert on Wednesday. While waiting for the concert to start I was having difficulty with my leg due to a recent knee injury. One of the ushers (Leonard, I hope I have his name correct) came up and asked if I needed help, I explained my issue he said he was going to management to sed if there was anything they could do. Shortly thereafter, one of the management team came up and advised the could move us to a seat where I could stretch my leg out. They ended up moving us to 14 rows from the stage on the aisle so I could sit more comfortably. The new seats where amazing. I did not ask to be moved, they offered without any prompting. Amazing Customer Service.
