We are from Austria and appalled :( The airport is run down, there is hardly any offer for snacks and what you get even make our gas stations in Styria better.
For such a big city (and the capital of Germany) that's a joke.
Delay! unfriendly staff! 160 people are crammed into 2 buses and no smoking area in the entire airport. Berlin Tegel look at something from Vienna;)
