I stayed in Room 401 and from opening the door could feel the cold. I informed reception who said they would send up a plug in heater as the one in the room didn t work . An hour later the heater still hadn t arrived! I was told the heating didn t come on until 6 pm even though it was March 8 th!!!
The draft was coming from the bottom of the double doors which lead to a horrible balcony.
The furniture in the bedroom was tired and scuffed. The carpet was dirty. When I got back to the room later a new plug in heater was there but made no difference as the draft was too bad.
I complained again in the am at reception and the manager said she would call me the next day but no phone call ! .
Had a miserable stay in the Ormonde !!
