I am a technician and have been trying to help a client with his dial-up service. Primus has the WORST customer service. You wait 1 - 1.5hrs on hold for tech support to get a representative that has absolutely no idea about their dial-up service, then have to hold another 30 mins to hopefully find someone that does. SHOP AROUND OR ASK ME, but do not use this company. The other reviews speak for themselves.
