Carroll is the worst management company I ve ever experienced. There is only one redeeming thing about their complex Arium at Vinings Station - the location. Everything else about this place is horrible. Carroll doesn t care about the tenants at all. The tenant relations person, Susan, would rather foist you back off on the same ineffective leasing staff you ve tried to deal with for months than actually deal with problems CAUSED by their staff.

The contractors and maintenance have ruined my walls and carpets over the last 3 months and despite dozens of promises in writing to fix it, nothing has been done. Perhaps if Carroll could keep a manager or maintenance person for longer than a month, the continuity of care necessary go fix these problems would be there.

Steer clear of renting anything owned by Carroll.
