It always happens....right before Christmas. I have to spend alot of money to buy a tin box that heats our house. Terence was the man who installed by furnace and whole house air. I hated to see him go. He was personable, despite the fact that he was approximately 6'4" and "squished" inside our tiny laundry room. He did a wonderful job. He did it efficiently. He was there when he said he would be. He cleaned up the entire area when he was finished. I hated that the job was complete because I hated to see him go! Thank you, Terence...for your professionalism, knowledge and all-round kindness.
