I am so glad that I got my first experience at buying a car at this dealership. The problem is that the standard has been set super high. From the moment you come in you feel like you are taken care of. I particularly purchased a car that wasn t a Mercedes. Raul was an excellent sales rep and eased my decision by letting me make it. I was afraid about being taken advantage of but I was honestly impressed on how different this experience was from my expectations. What can I say? You can buy class but here there is no deal without it. I got a Jeep that looked like it was purchased from the manufacturer. I trusted rightfully on their reputation and for one important reason: they won t risk loosing it over a bad deal. The car itself had been taken care of exceptionally by the previous owner. Which to me talks a lot about their willingness to do a trade in business only with the best kept cars. I have spoken about my vehicle with many friends and I keep hearing you are so lucky , what a great deal . I would recommend Mercedes Benz of Chicago to anyone who is looking into being taken care of while purchasing a car. There is so much transparency and excellent customer service!!! I can t say enough Good things!! Hopefully you also get to meet Patrick!!!

I could never be happier about my business and my car!! And my next car has to be a Mercedes from them!!!
