Hadn't been to Quattros in several years and decided to go with my hubby for late Valentine's Day meal. The special I ordered was beef shortrib ravioli with mushrooms and a wine sauce. What I got was 3 cheese raviolis with mushrooms and tiny shavings of beef shortrib. I didn't complain and we left and had dessert at Dalton's. Dalton's also had beef shortrib raviolis for a special. The raviolis were 3 times the size of Quattros and they were filled with shortrib beef. I remember having dinner at Quattros and it was very good. The quality and quantity has definitely decreased and I left there hungry. I definitely won't be returning and I will be sticking with my favorite place - Dalton's in North Branford.
