If the 0 star was possible I would not be embarrassed.
They are happy to subscribe to the phone, promising commitments that they do not keep afterwards.
Their magical "take care" table is a scam.
They always find an excuse not to reimburse in the event of illness and you feel happiness in their voice that they are able to prove you the opposite when you call to complain.
