They are all gathered around talking not attending the patients. I was highly upset. To see this while visiting. The rooms are dirty with past patients bm/bodily fluids, and other things such as open packages plastic on ground. The ppl feeding your loved one get impatient after 2 or 3 bites, will tell the patient, oh are you done ? This place is below standards. I will be calling the head offices tomorrow. You call they lie about checking on your family members. Although a few nurses/cna s are nice. Overall dissatisfied with the services.
