I have visited the roads almost the entire treatment period of its existence, dozens of times, and been satisfied, sometimes even very satisfied. The staff is professional and friendly with a few exceptions. Now, however, the only one left with good taste was the staff. Our room was clean, almost, but badly worn and stuck in the 80s years of splendor. Balcony very untidy. By the spa all the ok until the shower n at 16 I came very, very disoriented to the floor of the shower compartment and several inactive showers. To the point, no one in the room had a steam bath. The same thing was repeated in the morning, the floor was still dirty even though I was in the first place, the showers worked whatever and the morning sauna, the most important morning, completely cold. We tried all of them and every sauna except the steam room cold. When it came to finding out, it turned out that they were too late to warm up. The next morning the situation is a little better but not okay. It is quite clear that, apart from a hardware failure, the service that is announced to start by hitting a clock is then fully operational. The place for breakfast and food is nicely changed to its own corner, but I'm afraid that at peak times there are room problems, especially when there is no place to put the tray on and when there is not enough room for exercise. Then, the opening of the spa and the start of the breakfast are badly contradictory. Yes, the Finn is already in a heated sauna and swimming before breakfast and not vice versa. I would warmly recommend that those who are in charge of the activities visit the client as a competitor, there might be why they are more attractive, or are they. This is not barking, but the attention that gets to the next trip when choosing weight. Also, the clarity, usability and appearance of the website are a big part of the trip reservation, and here too, the reform was a leap forward. The senior offer we tried for the first time was really inexpensive and we would like to use it but we also require service and quality as experienced travelers. We retire today, many still in working life, partly looking for low-cost items, but we get quite generous money for ourselves. We do not want self-service, the carrying of containers, dirty environments, the uncorrected hotels built during our childhood. etc. If you have the ability to take care of us in cheap, clean, functional environments, we do want to replace it by emptying our travel bag for our comfortable services.
