Been a long time customer here and have bought several cars from. Seems like the new management has decided that customer service is not a priority. My son bought a used car recently from her and was told the title would be mailed to us. Waited almost 30 days with no title. I called and was told it was sitting at the clerk's window. My mother-in-law is on her 2nd trip in a week to have her ac fixed there. Her car was in the shop for the whole day and when she picked it up it was not fixed. She was told that the mechanic was in a hurry because his vacation was coming.
